Schneider-Kreuznach Cinelux-Ultra 170mm f2.6 lens.The glass in front has a small chip, as shown in photos, but is otherwise good. The front barrel is slightly dented. The rear glass is good. The coating on both front and rear glass is good.
This lens is from Schneider’s cinema projection line and thus has no aperture. It contains six elements and is likely a double-gauss design. This lens illuminates an image circle of approximately 70mm, and will thus cover a 6×6 medium format camera. Use this for a fast lens for medium format or 35mm.
