6 1/2 x 8 1/2 Rapid Rectilinear lens. This lens has a focal length of approximately 300mm. The aperture is f8. The diameter of the front glass is 37mm. The lens features a working aperture iris and the aperture can stop down to an indicated f64. The aperture ring turns readily but is slightly stiff. The glass front and rear is clean and without markings or scratches. This lens comes with a flange.
There is no manufacturer mark, but there is a <G> inscribed on the included flange. The only other text that appears on the lens is “6 1/2 x 8 1/2 Rapid Rectilinear.” The brass is exceedingly clean and bright. This lens appears to cover 8×10. Use it for 8×10 or 5×7 work.
