What shipping method do you use?
I ship using USPS and UPS.
Will you ship internationally?
Yes.
How long will it take to get my package?
During the pandemic, shipping times are somewhat erratic. Plan on one week in the US, and more time internationally. I will email you with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
I use Stripe as my payment processor, and accept major credit cards.
How secure is the payment process?
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. All of your payment information is sent securely over HTTPS using SSL encryption. I myself do not gain access to your credit card information – all of the transaction details are handled by Stripe.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives in a condition not as described, contact me at tuan at tuanhbui.com and I will arrange for a partial or complete refund.

Why aren’t you selling these items on eBay?
eBay takes 10% commission plus credit card processing fees. Listing them on my own site means I only have to pay the processing fees, so I can list these items for less.
